1. About WEBUYANYPOPS
WEBUYANYPOPS provides a platform allowing users to submit Funko Pop vinyl figures and related collectibles for purchase by us. We are not a marketplace between users. All offers are made by WEBUYANYPOPS directly.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally entitled to sell the items submitted
- Ensure all items are authentic and not counterfeit
- Create and maintain a valid user account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Ensuring all submitted item details are truthful and complete
- Securing your login credentials
We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.
4. Submitting Items & Building a Basket
You may add items to your basket at your own pace. For each item, you must provide accurate information including (but not limited to):
- Item name and/or number (where known)
- Stickers or exclusives
- Condition of box, window, and figure
- Any defects, damage, marks, writing, or alterations
Honesty is essential. Failure to disclose known issues may result in offer adjustments or rejection.
5. Initial Offers
All prices displayed or calculated on the platform are initial, non-binding offers. Initial offers are based on market demand, item condition as declared, completeness and authenticity, and current stock requirements.
An offer is not guaranteed and does not become binding until inspection is completed.
6. Accepting an Offer
When you accept a basket offer:
- You agree to sell the submitted items to WEBUYANYPOPS subject to inspection
- You confirm that all submitted details are accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You agree to ship all items in one parcel, unless otherwise agreed
Once accepted, items must be shipped within the timeframe stated in your dashboard.
7. Shipping Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Safe, secure packaging suitable for transit
- Protecting items against damage during shipping
- Using a tracked delivery service (unless otherwise specified)
We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit caused by inadequate packaging. If items arrive damaged due to poor packaging, we reserve the right to revise or reject the offer.
8. Inspection Process
Upon arrival, all items undergo inspection to verify authenticity, condition, and accuracy of submitted details.
If items match the submitted description, the offer proceeds as agreed.
If discrepancies are found, we will contact you with details and, where appropriate, supporting images. A revised offer may be issued.
9. Revised Offers & Discrepancies
If inspection reveals undisclosed damage, incorrect condition grading, missing components, or suspected inauthenticity we may reduce the offer, remove individual items, or reject the entire basket.
You will have the option to accept or decline the revised offer.
If declined, items may be returned subject to return shipping costs, which may be deducted or charged separately.
10. Counterfeit & Inauthentic Items
All items must be genuine.
If an item is suspected to be counterfeit, it may be rejected and may be retained for investigation. Relevant authorities may be notified where required by law. No payment will be made for counterfeit items.
11. Payment
Payment will be issued only after successful inspection and final offer confirmation. Payment methods and timelines will be outlined in your dashboard.
We reserve the right to withhold payment where disputes or investigations are ongoing.
12. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of items transfers to WEBUYANYPOPS only after final acceptance and payment. Risk remains with you until items are received and inspected.
13. Cancellations
You may cancel before accepting an offer.
Once an offer is accepted and items are shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and return shipping costs may apply.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the final amount paid for the relevant items.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Fair Use & Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel offers where we reasonably believe there is repeated misrepresentation, abuse of the platform, or fraudulent activity.
16. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, logos, and systems are owned by WEBUYANYPOPS. No rights are granted to use our branding without written permission.
17. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
18. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of offer acceptance will apply to that transaction.
19. Governing Law
