Haggle It
Our online valuations are designed to be fast and consistent — but we know collectibles aren’t always that simple. If you think a value isn’t right, you’re always welcome to haggle.
Good to know: Haggling happens directly inside your dashboard. This keeps everything linked to your basket and avoids confusion.
When haggling makes sense
- Condition nuances (corners, window dents, shelf wear)
- Variants or exclusives not fully captured by the system
- Collections where overall quality is high
- Signed Pops and limited editions
Signed Pops (important)
Signed Pops are difficult to value automatically. Their true value depends on:
- Signature placement and clarity
- Paint pen type and colour
- Box and window condition where signed
- COA issuer and quality
In many cases, we can offer more — we just need to review properly.
How to haggle (step by step)
- Log in to your account.
- Go to your dashboard and open your basket.
- Select the item(s) you’d like reviewed.
- Use the Haggle or Request Review option.
- Add notes explaining why you feel the value should be higher.
Tip: Clear notes help us help you. Mention stickers, condition details, protectors, bundles, or anything that adds context.
Signed items & COAs
For signed Pops, please include:
- Who signed it
- Where the signature is located
- Pen colour and quality
- COA issuer (and number if available)
We may ask for photos through your dashboard before confirming a revised offer.
Heads up: All haggled offers are still subject to inspection on arrival. If condition differs from what was submitted, the final offer may change.
