Haggle It

Fair reviews • Real collectors • Human decisions

Our online valuations are designed to be fast and consistent — but we know collectibles aren’t always that simple. If you think a value isn’t right, you’re always welcome to haggle.

Good to know: Haggling happens directly inside your dashboard. This keeps everything linked to your basket and avoids confusion.

When haggling makes sense

  • Condition nuances (corners, window dents, shelf wear)
  • Variants or exclusives not fully captured by the system
  • Collections where overall quality is high
  • Signed Pops and limited editions

Signed Pops (important)

Signed Pops are difficult to value automatically. Their true value depends on:

  • Signature placement and clarity
  • Paint pen type and colour
  • Box and window condition where signed
  • COA issuer and quality

In many cases, we can offer more — we just need to review properly.

How to haggle (step by step)

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to your dashboard and open your basket.
  3. Select the item(s) you’d like reviewed.
  4. Use the Haggle or Request Review option.
  5. Add notes explaining why you feel the value should be higher.

Tip: Clear notes help us help you. Mention stickers, condition details, protectors, bundles, or anything that adds context.

Signed items & COAs

For signed Pops, please include:

  • Who signed it
  • Where the signature is located
  • Pen colour and quality
  • COA issuer (and number if available)

We may ask for photos through your dashboard before confirming a revised offer.

Heads up: All haggled offers are still subject to inspection on arrival. If condition differs from what was submitted, the final offer may change.
